The sponsor level cannot be confirmed until the agreement and the full payment are received. Payment is due within 30 days of the registration. Please note: All items are offered subject to availability and confirmation by the Organizers. Space will be assigned according to the Sponsorship level and space required. We will try to ensure that you are not placed next to a competitor, but we cannot guarantee this due to the number of sponsors participating. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing by February 1, 2025. If the level can be resold, a refund will be made of the amount paid, less a $100 fee.
